Owner + Builder
Jordan, both Owner and Builder, has 20+ years of experience in the building industry. Jordan oversees that each project runs smoothly. His keen eye for design and attention to detail, enable him to bring creative visions to life with top-notch craftsmanship and quality. Clients trust him to be knowledgeable + proficient. Jordan is always more than willing to engage in conversation about Harry Potter, beekeeping, or space… he is a man of many interests! Jordan can be found building Lego in his spare time.
LINDSEY BARKEL
Founder + Lead Designer
Lindsey, Founder and Lead Designer, is enthusiastic and confident in delivering an end result that exceeds customer expectations. Lindsey has always been fascinated by the intentional combination of bringing lifestyle + design-forward ideas into the home. In working alongside an area builder, Lindsey discovered another passion: entrepreneurship! Lindsey enjoys quality time with her four tween/teen children + Jordan and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
KALLIE KIRBY
Interior Design Director
Kallie is our Interior Design Director, who will inspire and guide towards a current and fresh design for your space. She relentlessly pursues the best style for the next project while personally implementing Scandi California-casual into her own home. Kallie and her husband, Charles, love Lake Michigan beaches and adventuring with their four children and pomsky, Timber. Look for Kallie at the local taco joint eating specialty nachos and enjoying a margarita.
ABIGAIL KUBECK
Technical Designer
Meet Abigail, our Technical Designer, who brings
extraordinary attention to detail and organization to all our projects. Her passion for harmonizing aesthetics and functionality is the driving force behind becoming a designer. When she’s not rendering new layouts for a home, you can find her hiking beautiful trails, reading the latest rom-com novel or hanging out with her cat, Milo.

Development Manager
Beth is our Development Manager, who is committed to crafting an unparalleled client experience through her expertise in building and streamlining processes. With over a decade of sales + marketing experience working in the Tech industry in Chicago, she is now a proud West Michigan transplant. She cherishes a slow + simple life with her husband, Nick and daughter, Birdie.
